This document regulates the subscription payment procedure, the composition of the digital service, auto-renewal rules, and the refund procedure for users of the service https://nadi.today/ (hereinafter — the Service).

The document is applied in conjunction with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of discrepancies, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and mandatory norms of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall prevail.

1. Seller (Contractor) Information

Seller / Contractor: FE LLC Nadi (IP OOO Nadi), Republic of Uzbekistan, resident of the special economic zone IT Park Tashkent. Legal Address: 100047, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Pakhlavon Makhmud str., 2-tor kuchasi, 1-berk, 1-khonadon. TIN (INN): 312 613 718. Contact e-mail: support@nadi.ink.

2. Terms

Subscription / Tariff — provision of access to Service functions for a specific period (month/year) for a fee. Paid Tariff — a tariff with payment for a selected period. Free Tariff — a tariff without payment, with limited functionality and special data storage conditions. Gift Tariff / Gift Subscription — access to the Service paid for by a third party (giver) for a recipient. AI Tokens — conditional units of measurement for the volume of text processing when using the intelligent functions of the Service.

3. Composition of the Digital Service

The Service provides a digital service: access to software functionality for recording, structuring, storing, and processing user materials (stories, notes, media, and related data) in a personal account.

Depending on the selected tariff, the following may be available to the User:

  1. Creation and storage of stories and related materials;
  2. Structuring of materials by topics and periods;
  3. Use of intelligent functions based on artificial intelligence;
  4. Search through saved content;
  5. Upload and storage of media files within the tariff limits;
  6. Other functions indicated in the tariff description and Service interface.

3.1. Tariff Limits: AI Tokens and Storage

AI Tokens are consumed with each use of intelligent functions, both for sending a request and receiving a response.

Approximate ratio:

  • 1 token ≈ 4 characters of text
  • 1,000 tokens ≈ 750 words
  • 10,000 tokens ≈ 10 pages of A4 format text

Tariff Limits:

Monthly Tariff (including gift):

  • Up to 2,000,000 AI tokens per month
  • Up to 20 GB of storage

Annual and other tariffs longer than one month:

  • Up to 3,000,000 AI tokens per month
  • Up to 100 GB of storage

Free Tariff:

  • Up to 20,000 AI tokens
  • Up to 0.5 GB of storage
  • Without data safety guarantee (see section 4)

Exceeding limits: upon exhaustion of AI tokens, intelligent functions become temporarily unavailable until the start of the next billing period or a change of tariff. Upon reaching the storage limit, uploading new files is impossible until space is freed up or a switch to another tariff is made. Access to already created materials (viewing, editing, downloading) is preserved.

4. Free Tariff: Storage and Data Deletion

The Free Tariff is intended exclusively for familiarization with the Service's functionality. The Service does not guarantee data safety on the free tariff and has the right to delete all user data after 30 calendar days from the moment of the first use of the Service.

5. Paid Tariffs: Data Storage

After the first payment of any paid subscription, the Service ensures the safety of User data without a time limit.

After the end of the paid period:

  • data is stored for at least 365 calendar days;
  • access to viewing and downloading is preserved;
  • functions for creating new content and AI are temporarily unavailable until the subscription is renewed.

Deletion of data is possible only:

  • at the initiative of the User;
  • in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Tariff Costs

The current cost of tariffs is indicated on the Service's tariff page (https://nadi.today/paywall) and is confirmed by the User before payment.

7. Payment Procedure

Payment is made in non-cash form through payment systems available in the Service interface. The service is considered started from the moment paid access is activated and/or actual use of paid functions occurs, whichever comes first.

8. Subscription Auto-renewal

For regular paid tariffs, automatic renewal for the next period is provided. The User has the right to cancel auto-renewal in the personal account settings. Cancellation of auto-renewal does not affect access to functions until the end of the already paid period. Gift subscriptions are not subject to auto-renewal.

9. Promo Codes and Gift Subscriptions

Conditions for applying promo codes and gift subscriptions are determined by the conditions of a specific promotion and are considered accepted by the User at the moment of activation.

10. Refund of Funds

10.1. General Principle

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except for:

  1. cases where a refund is mandatory in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  2. erroneous or double debiting;
  3. confirmed impossibility to use the Service due to the Contractor's fault.

10.2. Refund Before Service Provision Begins

If access to paid functions has not been activated, a refund is generally made in full.

10.3. Refund After Service Provision Begins

If the service has started, the User has the right to refuse further use of the Service. In such a case, a refund is possible for the unrendered part of the paid period exceeding the cost of one month of service, minus the Contractor's actually incurred expenses, including payment system commissions and access provision costs. The minimum amount of expenses is considered equal to the cost of one month of subscription.

10.4. Technical Failures

In case of confirmed unavailability of the Service due to the Contractor's fault, a refund may be made fully, partially, or in the form of access extension.

10.5. Gift Subscriptions

Before coupon activation, a refund is possible to the giver. After coupon activation, the rules for refunds after the start of service provision apply.

10.6. Refund Method and Terms

Refunds are generally made by the same method used for payment. The term for consideration of the request is up to 10 working days.

11. Refund Request Procedure

The request is sent to e-mail: support@nadi.ink with the subject line: "Refund of funds".

12. Changes to the Document

The Contractor has the right to make changes to this document. The new edition enters into force from the moment of publication and does not apply to already paid periods if this worsens the consumer's position compared to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
